Local Pick-Up: We are located in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area and local pick-up is available.

Shipping: Shipping cost will be calculated based on gift-cake ordered and delivery location. Orders are usually shipped with 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise, via USPS or FedEx. Expedited shipping and added services such as signature required can be added at an additional cost. It is the customer's responsibility to order allowing sufficient shipping time for the special event.

In a few cases, shipped product may require some assembly or minor adjustments. We will provide easy instructions for you to put together the parts or to make minor adjustments so your gift looks its best! We take pride in our products and how it looks is as important to us as it is to you! 

Returns & Cancellations

All of our products are hand-made and are non-returnable.

Cancellation of an order is accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
